This linocut design was inspired by some baby fur seals that I met on the coast of Kaikoura, New Zealand. They were 100% wild and we found a spot that appeared to be a seal nursery, baby seals playing everywhere!

The original printing process: This design is originally hand-drawn and then created using a technique called reduction linocut, it is then inked up and hand-printed.
 
The card design process: I scan my original prints and uploaded them to a card design website. They are printed on thick 340g/m2 matte card.
